I find it really sad to see judicial systems acting as enforcers for digital services companies (or copyright holders). There is theft and wrong-doing here, but the value is wildly inflated. It is analogous to claiming thousands of dollars loss over a bathtub of water by using the cost of bottled water on an airline instead of the cost of tap water.
